This is an Eagle site so I won't be independent?
The engine or e-shop is made by Eagle. The skin (Gold & Platinum), the website domain name or url is
yours, the website is independently hosted and you control many areas via your own admin tool section,
for example, price setting.
How are up-dates conducted?
Eagle updates its product database, images, MRRP's and static content regularly, daily in-fact to
ensure the products are inline and up-to-date with manufacturers. These updates are pushed up
automatically. That's it! No other connections. You remain independent.
How many sites will be set up like this? I don't want a 'me-too' site:
We hope hundreds, but each site will be individually styled and personalised to varying degrees to your
unique and independent website.

What happens with my existing website?
You can replace it with the Complete-ID e-shop, or you can continue to run your own independently and
set up a separate Complete-ID e-shop. Another option is to place an 'ID Product' link on your existing
website, this especially useful for companies displaying services only (e.g. access control) which
always involve bespoke pricing.
How does the on-line payment work?
- Using your own merchant? If you already accept credit cards and tap the numbers into a terminal then your secure admin tools section will provide you with your customer's card details so that you can still operate a manual process. Your online shopper is none the wiser by the way. Please note the data is encrypted and your site comes with a license to access the data for added security.
- Paypal: We recommend using Paypal and we will help you set this up.
Takes around 10 minutes. If you already have a Paypal account then we will point your website
to it. Don't be alarmed here, Paypal have provided a security measure that ensures we never
have access to your account information.
Millions of people (including companies) possess Paypal accounts for secure fund transferring. Complete-ID is 100% compatible. Furthermore, your customers can even use there credit card using your Paypal account. Signing up is very simple their transaction charges are reasonable. - Invoice Me: This great feature allows your online shoppers to receive an invoice from you, but only if you choose to process their order. We recommend you use this function as another reason to call them... after all, you may need to collect more information before extending them credit, or maybe request they sign your credit account application form.

I don't want to sell all those products?
Really!!! Well that's okay as Gold & Platinum allows you to de-select products by category/grouping...
however, we have only housed the most commonly purchased products so you may find you will lose sales.
Don't worry about product access because Eagle can provide all the products listed.
I have my own products?
That's great! With the Gold and Platinum packages you can have the facility to upload your own
products, prices and images.
My business is a solutions sell / my solutions cannot be sold on line?
No problem, lets add an 'ID Products' link to your homepage. Many of your customers will
have requirements for ID / general card personalisation products. Complete-ID allows you to capture
the ongoing consumables helping your customers return time after time. With over 1200+ ID related
searches everyday on Google alone, it's fair to say "no online products - no order"
I don't want to stock all those products?
No problem! With Eagles plain wrap direct delivery service you don't have to.
Under your agreed business rules we will receive a copy of your customers order at the same time you
do. If not automated, then you can forward your received order to us and again we'll deliver it in
plain wrap. You save stocking costs and one delivery charge and your customer gets a fast turnaround.
I need to sell internationally?
The web is global. Prices are calculated in Euros and Dollars. All you need to do is ensure you set
the correct delivery charges for the countries you are selling to.
What happens to my Domain name and email addresses?
It depends how you want to manage your site, we will discuss this with you when the time comes and
work out the best way. One thing is for sure, you keep your domain name if that's what you want.
You continue to manage your email service provider; we do not get involved with that. All we need
is to know what email addresses you will use and we ensure that they appear on the site where they
should.
I want to modify metatag information?
No Problem! With the Platinum package you get a metatag editor for all product pages
I want to edit page content?
Coming soon! A content management is currently in development.
I want to set my own prices?
And you can via the admin tools you get with all six packages.
I want to add and delete products myself?
All part of the admin tools you get with Gold and Platinum packages.
I want to be able to change images of the products?
All part of the admin tools you get with Gold and Platinum packages.
I want the website to look exactly like my current one?
We have different templates, endless colour change options and the ability to load background
images. If you cannot get the exact look you will get close.
When will the content manager be ready?
The content management tool is currently in development and will be ready very soon.
Is it IE7 Compliant?
Yes.
If I go for the entry level product now what happens if I want to upgrade?
We switch on the features you want, you sign up to the new package - Gold or Platinum. It's easy.
How can I set up my prices and client login/password?
Easy again - this is included in the admin tools you get with the Gold and Platinum packages.
How do I modify existing products and add or delete products?
Again, easy with the admin tools you get with Gold and Platinum packages.
I don't want to advertise my special pricing?
That's fine, with Gold & Platinum you can set up client bespoke pricing and it can only be viewed
by you and your client under their secure login and password.
How is the website hosted?
We host it at our London based ISP on the latest technology with multiple backups and redundancy -
not a 100% guarantee but the internet isn't. By the way, downtime does attract rebates so we
guarantee we won't want that to happen.
Can I point my other websites at this new one?
Yes. Just tell your current service provider to point the site(s) at the website address we will
give you or the one you give us to use.
